How to Register for the 2021-22 School Year
           (applies to students in grades K-5 only)
 
1) Register here on the Santa Rosa County website. 
2) After registering online, bring required documents below between 8am-1pm:

* Birth Certificate (must be 5 years old by Sept 1)
* Florida Certificate of Immunization
* School Physical dated less than 1 year from 1st day of school
* Student Social Security Card (optional)
* Records from previous school if applicable
* Picture ID of parent
* Proof of Residency (such as a utility bill or rental agreement)
